Tirzah ... A charming vintage venue for Special Celebrations. Our one focus is Love!

We are founded on Christian beliefs. Our name is inspired from Song of Solomon 6:4.

We are now in the Danger Zone!

BEFORE

Preserving and maintaining the historical integrity and architectural quality of this beautiful and unique building will benefit many. People are attracted to old buildings because they are reminders of the city’s cultural history, complexity, permanency, and heritage.  Since the historical building was abandoned for many years, the historical structure had been retained, but for this same reason, necessary repairs were not made during that time.  The building suffered damages from the elements of the weather which spurred the City of Belton to mark the building as condemned.

God directed us to the path of a historic building. When we discovered this gem, we could tell the building was abandoned; however, we saw the building's beauty at first sight. Month after month, we watched for the property to be auctioned off at a Property Tax Sale.
We were the final ones to bid at the sale and became the blessed owners; we purchased the building at the Tax Auction sight unseen.  All we could really see in the interior was the bakery window that we loved. CRW Construction and their amazingly talented crew started with a daunting task and preserved this beautiful historic building.

We thought the building was a diamond in the rough, and we could see its beauty from the moment that we set eyes on it. We did not want this contributing historical structure torn down because once a piece of history is destroyed, it is lost forever, and our building is one of the older buildings within the community.  The building is part of the community’s tangible past, AND this old building can also offer opportunities for the community’s future.  We wanted to improve the building's productive life and the community's economic vitality.  This historical building that was once abandoned and condemned will be able to thrive for future generations to enjoy and learn about our area's history. People now describe this Vintage Venue as magical, elegant, and such a happy place filled with Love! ❤

The City of Belton is a Visionary in Preservation, and the City Council has awarded us with the Facade Improvement Grant as well as a five-year 100% Tax Abatement.

We are currently in the process of applying for the State of Texas Historical Tax Credit as well as the Federal Historical Tax Credit. This dual application is very promising, and we are working on the 3rd part of the application process.
