We kindly offer a FREE initial consultation where you can share your travel vision, and it will provide you with an opportunity to ask questions regarding your dream vacation. We hope that this is the beginning of a life-long relationship.
We understand the dreaming stages of beginning an exciting journey, and we also understand that not everyone is ready to book their travel; however, we place an importance on the precious resource of time that each of us are blessed with. Therefore, we require a commitment so that neither party spends valuable hours working on trips that do not materialize. We require a Professional Retainer Fee to be paid upfront in order to ensure commitment on the part of the client in which the client is ensured of our travel consultation services. After a travel proposal has been provided, the retainer is compensation for time, knowledge, and experience. We regret that the retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable.
The Professional Retainer Fee Schedule is as follows:
$100 up to three destinations and two hotels per destination
$200 for small groups 3-5 rooms traveling together
$300 for Destination Weddings
